A while ago, and it's like what, 1 - 2 years ago I can't remember, they moved the server from west coast to like Chicago because players on the east coast was experiencing lags on their own server given they had to cross the NA continent to reach their own server. Chicago was closer to the center point on the NA, somewhat.

But if it's recent then I doubt it's to do with that. Maybe it's to do with ISP changes, or League's own patching and/or server problems. Maybe it's ISP, given net neutrality just got abolished in America, though I won't expect the changes to come this soon but who knows. So idk.

It can also just be your own net issues on yourself, whether it be related to ISP, random routing errors to do with DNS thingy that occasionally occur from time to time (Typically fixed via the steps in THIS troubleshooting page, the steps to configure your DNS), or just to do with a faulty router.

.......

But can't you play on Turkey server given it's intended for Middle Eastern players, and at least closer than trying to route to NA?
