League will not open the game screen

I can open league and sign in just fine. I can browse the store and my profile etc.. But every 1 in 4 games (roughly) after champ select when the loading/game window should open it doesn't. But the main launcher says there is a game in progress without giving me a button to reconnect. Usually I can get back in game by restarting my comp and logging on to league like normal.

I have repaired the client I have uninstalled and reinstalled I have tried task manage as other people have said but nothing out of the ordinary there

Really hoping this fixes, it has been happening for about a month. Even when I get in games its usually just as my team has voted for a remake so I have been steadily losing LP on the rare times I risk ranked games. But like I said, it isn't every game so sometimes I think it is fixed and I get hit with the problem again.
