Anytime there is bot game where the bots have a chroma skin, their loading screen champion picture will just be a blue rectangle. Everytime.
- Go in intermediate bot game
- Get a bot that has a chroma skin of any kind
- See blue rectangle
Occurs every time, most commonly with Lucian but can happen with others.
