[In-Game] FIrst spawn of game- all inputs unresponsive.

Issue: I'll keep it TL;DR. Started a ranked match, normal procedure everything was fine. First spawn of game and can't use any inputs. Mouse isn't working(shows default windows pointer) and no keyboard function either. Can't chat to team and tell them my issue, can't even press esc or issue pings of any kind. Couldn't buy items couldn't move. All functions outside of league fine, alt-tabbed and closed League. Tried soft reconnect first, no avail. Closed client out completely, re-logged, reconnected- still bupkis.

Never had this issue before, this is a first-time occurrence. Literally just happened within 10-20mins of this posting. In promos and might get low priority queue to go with it. RIP. :c
