[GAMEPLAY] Lee Sin Q Bug

I don't know how to replicate it, but I ganked mid, w shielded to my talon so that I was in melee range of their nid, threw out my q, but nothing came out. The spell went on cooldown, didn't connect (or give me the option to q2), and neither talon, nid, nor myself could see the q particle.
