GAMEPLAY - Guardian Angle's revive passive didn't proc on Gragas

I was playing Gragas top in a normal game. Bought a Guardian Angel . Dove enemy at their nexus and died to the spawn turrets in late game fight. The Guardian's Angel passive didn't proc and I died without getting the revive. No big deal as we won the game but might've been if it happened in different circumstances.
