cannot see skin shard picture/master token champion picture also cannot open shop

so i got an hextech chest! SWEET! I open it

i get an EPIC skin shard. But, i don't know what the skin is!

i also can't see what champs i have mastery on either!

i try to go into shop, but nothing happens. The shop thing is lit up, but i'm still in the loot section apparently.

I can go back to lobby and everything else is fine, but i cannot use shop and i don't know what skins i have
