[gameplay] Sion looses ability to use Q and R

I am not sure why this happened, but this is the second time in game where Sion's abilities stop working. There was a lot of CC going on from the other team, but at some point while fighting in the baron pit, I lost the ability to use both his Q and R. Has this happened to anyone else? I am not sure if it's the new baron's abilities, or one of the other team members making him glitch out, or a combination of the two. Riot please help,
