High Ping on League of Legends and Discord

So I came home from school today to test my ping and seeing that it is ranging from 80-100ms when normally, on a good day, it should be around 40ms. I don't know what is causing this. I am on a wired connection to my router. I tried plugging in directly to the modem and that didn't solve my issue. I have checked for updates on my computer and nothing turned up. Nothing is taking up my bandwidth in task manager. I tried calling my ISP, but they only provided generic answers that I already would have known.

It's weird because Discord is also having the same issue but when I tried CSGO, the ping was absolutely perfect (around 15ms). So I'm guessing the routing from my computer to the servers is a little messed up I guess? Does anyone have any solutions to my problem?
