Jhin's W Fake Mark

Sometimes when I play Jhin, a player of the enemy team apeears to have the W's mark that allows me to root, but when I hit them with the skillshot they aren't rooted and still have the mark on. It isn't very frequent, but really annoying when it happens, and it has even screwed a few kills up. Please look into it.
