Need a fix for this slow or buggy af client

I tried enabling low spec mode, tried reinstalling, tried using the initiate full repair button but absolutely nothing seems to work Ive seen this complain over and over on other discussions but it feels like no one wants to reply to the problem or even fix the issue while i am pretty sure riot knows this to be an ongoing problem for a shitload of people so if you can help me play my favorite game without me giving up on it please step up.

I like to think you and I are having the same problem. All I've been able to do to cope is swap between my wifi and the one the rest of my family uses. I've also found that 9 times out of 10 playing with a duo solves this issue entirely

Same issue, after a while it starts using a ton of CPU and boggling it down to the point where only a client restart fixes it. So far i cannot find anything good about this new client.
