Mumath - Summoner search results - League of Legends

When i logged on I got a friend request from this guy mumath(i have never seen him before) idk why but it says he is level 13 with 6 wins but he has no champion mastreys and no played matches is this just me?

OP.GG only shows games to a point. It means this guy hasn't played in a very long time.

yah but he just sent me a friend request yesterday and i have no idea why i also cant seem to load his match history
