Game crashes the second I load into a match :/

So I had no issues with the game until now.. All of a sudden I keep getting a error that pops up saying that I need to turn any overlays or 3rd party clients off.. I have never used any of those and still do not but I cant even look at my character because the second I load in it freezes and quits. I have a friend thats having a similar issue but his is around the 30 minute mark that it starts doing it..
