Mystery Chest Unfunctional (Attachment)

So I have plenty of RP, and I have now tried gifting to two of my friends who are both level 30 and also have not received ANY gifts at all. Yet whenever I try to unlock the chest and send it to them, it says. (May also see attachment)

"You are unable to send this gift for one of the following reasons: (name) has received their daily maximum of gifts of this type. Players must be level 5 or above to receive a gift of this type."

Also, on top of this, neither of my friends are able to send me this mystery chest gift as well.

I hope that since this is limited time, we can get it resolved soon. I would really like to get me some mystery skins!

is this from gifting centre? if so, try play a game with them and after the game use the end game gifting option and see if that works.

I have this same problem. I would like to send out 2 gifts but can't. I've sent these people gifts before, they are above level 30, and have received no gifts today.

Hi guys,

I think this may be due to the end of Snowdown mystery gifting that is going to happen - hopefully Riot will be able to sort this out fairly soon, but for now I'm not sure it's working for anyone...

do they have least 10 skins you don’t own? Also after the game are you using the gifting box inbetween the add friend button, honour and report?
