Account creation problem "Whoops"

Hey everybody

I am trying to make an account for my Nephew, i try to make it on EU WEST, and everytime i try doing so, it just says; "Whoops, your signup has failed" and only gives me the choice to press a button that says: "Got it."

Now, the fact that something might be wrong with the account creation is one thing, but when i don't get any kind of information otherwise, then it begins to be a bit frustrating.

• I have been trying to make it so many times now, doing different variations of both login names, codes and even age (just to see if that had anything to it, he's old enough to play the game ;)), but nothing has worked so far.
• I have tried to make the account on different computers, Networks etc. and doing it at different times of the day, and even on different days… still nothing.
• I have checked whether servers etc. had problems, but still nothing.
• Then i thought i would submit a ticket to support, but apparently it just gives me a blank page, when i try to go on my support page, so even that way i can't go...

I can't find a discussion page that covers this specific problem, and as such, i have created this one. I hope that anyone out there can help me, i have now tried for so long now, and my Nephew is also getting frustrated and sad, because he cannot play with his friends.
