My Login Screen doesnt let me type?!

When I go to login to my league of legends my keyboard doesn't work, this is a problem with the game as my keyboard works when i close the game down. I go onto my desktop and click the league of legends icon to get the game started, my keyboard is working before launch, but afterwards it completely freezes and I cant do anything. My username is automatically on remember me but it wont let me enter my password. I've just updated my client to _**5.21 **_and i'm not sure if its just me that's getting this bug? It would be great to get some feedback.

5.21 Ranked play will still be available for another week or so. Then the patches will get larger because the game usually gets reworks during the preseason. I for one want the Christmas theme to come back to the rift.

The servers as still down and no your client is not completely up to date.
