In Game Freeze

i installed windows 10 this past week and both yesterday and today my game freezes. When I'm in game whenever i open up the shop or settings my game will freeze on me. The only thing i can do to unfreeze it is log off my laptop and log back in. However the game still continues to freeze one me. My fps went from over 200 to 30 and its not my laptop since i can still hear my music and everything else works fine its the client. this has happened for three to four games now all ranked games. Any advice on what to do to solve this problem.
