TFT - Atempt to Join Queue Failed

After being elimated and exiting the game I am unable to join a new queue until that previous game is completed. I am the only one of my friends getting this bug.

quite annoying, i have it too while none of my friends have it - cant play like this with them.

No fix for this yet?? such an annoying bug. This is the only thread I've found for this too so I doubt it gets much attention.
