Health bars wont update

Lately my game has been bugged and every so often for a random amount of time health bars, mana, and my gold wont update. The health bars is for everything including minions and camps. It will happen for seconds or minutes and it makes it fairly unplayable unable to know my or the enemies health bar/mana as well as not being able to actually purchase items despite having the gold because it wont update. Anyone know a fix?

I got this today too. My ping was rock steady and all my attacks and abilities seem to be going off promptly, i just don't see the result until something dies.

This has been happening to me almost every game. I've killed an entire scuttle crab before without its HP updating until it died.
