Placing pink ward places yellow trinket ward instead

Hi, this has happens quite often, I try placing a pink ward and it instead places one of my yellow trinket wards, and will continue to place them until its on recharge and then i can place my pink. I a playing on the MAC client, and happy to provide any video footage or logs if required. (will need instructions on how to get logs etc.)
