Tf ult indicator being covered by hp bar

The past two games I have played have had a Twisted Fate on the other team and I noticed in both games that the ult indicator for when an enemy Twisted Fate ults is being covered by my hp bar with only about 20% of it being visible. Obviously this can cause a lot of problems ingame.

It is worth noting both of them were using the new Pulsefire skin.

EDIT: Also I tested out a 760, 1080 and 1440 resolution and it was still occurring.
