[GAMEPLAY] Right click on minimap not working.

I'm not sure what I messed up, but over the last couple days I haven't been able to right click on my minimap, I can't find anything on google to fix this. I press ALT+M but that only enables/disables left clicking on the minimap. Anyone ran into this problem before or know how to fix it? Thanks.
