[GAMEPLAY] Assists on Epic Monsters with devourer only giving 1 stack.

I'm sure this video has already been posted, and this bug as well, but I'll post it again!

The Bug:
The devourer enchantment for smite is only giving one stack for assist on epic monsters, instead of the five the tooltip said it would gain.
Video:
 Around 16:25ish on the video, Solwolf gets an assist on dragon, and his devourer stacks go from 13, to 14 and he doesn't even notice he didn't get 5.

To replicate:
Simply buy the "Devourer" enchantment for whichever smite item you choose.
Take a dragon with a teammate, but let the teammate last hit the dragon.
