Sudden FPS drops when Leblanc uses her abilities. Haven't checked with other champions yet

Ohhh I was playing LeBlanc tonight and my fps dropped 100 to 10! but when i reopened the game in the middle of the match my fps was stable. It only happened with LB doe.
