Choosing new champion (new players)

When it gives you the option to choose a champion after the tutorial I just get a blank screen with a box at the bottom for "OK"

This continues to happen as you level a new account and they give you various options to unlock champs.

It really is bothersome because I unlocked a few champs I really didn't want and now I can't undo that choice.
