ILLAOI (E) vs. POISONS

RIOT, fix this STUPID interaction. Poisons should NOT tick so fast that Illaoi's E despawns because she is taking damage faster than what you designed for --making her even more useless than she is... PUT A CAP ON THE TICKS, change it to damage while in combat, ANYTHING. This champion has received too many indirect nerfs for such a core mechanic to be so broken and unplayable. PLEASE.
