frost queen's claim
Item says disabled when i try to upgrade to frost queen's. if it is disabled why on earth can i buy the starter item? is it bugged?

Most of the time you stop at Frostfang anyway. There's no problem with buying it knowing you won't be able to finish it, unless your intent was to do so. It's not a bug that you can still get Spellthief's and Frostfang.
