I have been playing arams with my friends, and for the last while, couple nights maybe, we haven't seen any party rewards at all for playing in ARAM. Party rewards were received with normal team builder and normal blind pick. All aram games have resulted in 0 ip bonus, even with 4-5 party members.
The party reward is there, i can see it. It's just a bonus of 1. It's hard to see it on the bar if you have your FWoTD on there as well. it's immediately after the 150 bonus, and if you look closely, you can see the white bar is a little thicker there (although it's actually a gap between the white bars for the party reward of 1).
In my honest opinion this "rewards program" is a joke. They say that you can get a jack pot of "x16" with 5 players. But I have played many games with 5 players, and over numerous games with parties I have not received more than 12 IP points. In most cases that's less than a x1.25 multiplier. I am very disappointed in this "rewards system"
It's not a bug. They specify that you may not get any party rewards at all. Half the games I have played with friends have yielded no party reward.
