[Gameplay] Tier 3 bot tower did not hit ANY minions during RANKED game.

In the game during laning phase right off of the bat the tier 3 bottom tower did not shoot any minions AT ALL. When enemy CHAMPS attacked us at tower it would hit them but NO MINIONS and everyone even enemy team noticed. 4 enemy players came bot and killed our tower because our low level wave clear was no match with no tower to help us. In the link I posted you should be able to see all the champs in the game and the items they have. I have no idea how this glitch occurred but please investigate.
