FOW update bug?

so a game that most of the players struggled to connect to for the first min had a map bug, just for me so here a pic. general gist is that looks like im getting vision on minimap/map where there is no wards. no champion on our team that grants vision long distance. minions/champions would just "appear" in these area's so i assuming the FOW is working just not as intended i adjusted graphic settings during that game to see if this made a difference. none other player said they had this problem.
