Miss Fortune - Multiple Bullet Time's!!

Messing around in Practice Tool. Spamming Abilities as normal and Noticed this. Easy to recreate.

Practice Tool SR 5v5 map Skin: Captain Fortune

1. Level manually to 6
2. at least one point in R
3. Ult>move to cancel>Ult(different direction)>move to cancel>Ult>etc(must be done quickly)

Can recreate Bullet Time up to 4 different times, all instances have either full or partial visual and all do damage.

• Rune page doesn't seem to make a difference.
• Have not tried different skins yet.
• Items do not make a difference.
• Have only attempted this on 5v5 SR Map.
• Sums don't seem to make a difference either.

Can't think of anything else. It was definitely weird!!
