Trundle Cinderhulk kills Blue buff [Gameplay]

During a game trundle was leashing the blue buff for the midlaner and got it to sub 100 health. His cinderhulk and jungle item burn then killed the blue buff with no other actions taken.

I am not sure how to reproduce this as its the first time ive seen it but this situation should be impossible

Deals 12 - 29 (based on level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. Deals 300% bonus magic damage to minions and monsters (325 range)

At level 8 the burn would be 20 (+300%) per second, effectively being 80. Looking at the Sheen cooldown in the gif we can see a second go by and so the next damage tick happens. Just bad luck, jungler should've been more careful with the cinderhulk passive.
