Dodging Annie's Q as Vladimir (GAMEPLAY)

I was actually curious, yet may be a bug though.... Whenever I lane with an Annie playing as vlad, I try to dodg her Q with the pool, it works BUT she does not lose the stun even though she casted the Q and lost mana... Yet she losses the passive when she casts the Q to a target that dies before the ability reaches it... Seems a bit unfair, either she should lose the passive when casted to a Vlad which pools afterwards, or doesn't lose it when casted to a target that dies before the Q reaches. :3

The Q has two parts to it. The initial damage, and the secondary damage/stun when she presses Q the 2nd time.

Annie's Q will not consume her passive stun until it actually reaches its target. This means that if the Q just "disappears" as a result of the target becoming untargetable, or blocked by Yasuo's Windwall, then the projectile does not reach its target and does not consume the stun. If the target dies before the projectile reaches it, however, it still technically reaches its target, thus consuming the stun.

That's the best I could explain it, but I do know this is an intended interaction.
