Reksai Tunnel Bugged (?)

Except from that sick spear (xd), the reksai tunnel appears to be untouched after trundle goes at it.. Plus in other clip it appears to be no exit from the tunnel.. So is that a bug? Cause if reksai can ulti at that tunnel that would be really unfair for the game. It's cause nida killed him by the time he used his e to get out ?
