Stuck scanning files at 33% (again)

League kept crashing while I was in game so I decided to repair files and waited for about 4 hours but when I came back the patcher crashed, and then when I re-opened the launcher it started endlessly scanning files at 33% (This has happened before and the only solution I really found was reinstalling) I reinstalled and then it worked fine but when Iogged out and reopened the launcher it started endlessly scanning files again...

Is there ANY way to fix this?

There were a couple things posted before about deleting some things in the logs/RADS files but I tried that but nothing changed

This has pretty much been happening after every patch/update and it's getting really annoying... Sadly I don't have unlimited internet so I can't reinstall all the time (and plus it takes really loooong)

If anybody has a solution please comment, it would make my life a lot easier ^^~
