*lag out* during champ select....

Hey Riot, as of late I have been lagging out during champ select an awful lot. It only happens on my first game of the day, but it's pretty consistent. I've had to sit through a few 5 min bans now and it's just getting to be a bit annoying. Sometimes I reconnect in time to select but other times I clearly do not. I run a direct ethernet cat 6 cable and none of my other browsers/applications struggle to have a connection during these times; only league suffers. If you could look into this I would be eternally grateful, I really enjoy playing LoL even though I don't play as much as I did last season. Thanks for your time guys.
