Client- Clan Tag Glitch

So I am apart of 2 different Clans/Groups I am the leader of one. Each have over the 5 minimum to have the tag. For some reason it won't let me use the tag from any group. Please help thank you.

Other's use the tags, when in any screen it does not show group/tag/name only time it shows group is when i am in game and hover over portrait. Have had this bug since Clan Tag as started. I have sent a support ticket in and was told it is not their department, posted before on the board and no response. Please help =[
