Wait 30 mins then Error

WTF man i wait for 30 mins then get a error msg saying i lost connection now i have wait another 42 mins lol ... Story of my life im sad waiting for 3 hours to play... SMH i want a refund of my hours and money ahaha this a joke, does riot have a phone number ?
