Anticheat isn't working properly in Twisted Treeline

I am new to this game and I just tried Twisted Treeline for the first time. Out of 7 games that I played, I encountered 31 bots and 4 actual human players. How do I know they are bots? Because their AI is stupid and easily exploitable, they mostly play the same characters, and they have procedurally generated names that follow an easily recognizable pattern. the pattern is or sometimes . They most commonly play Heimerdinger, Miss Fortune, and Ashe, but there are 2 or 3 other characters that are rarely played by them as well.

If the anticheat was working correctly, I would expect it to detect that these accounts are utilizing bots and ban them. However, that does not seem to be the case. Additionally, I see people have been complaining about this issue for years now in the forums. Please fix this. It's really bad.
