Singed's poison trail damage doesn't update after leveling up until you both retoggle the ability, and allow the poison debuff to fall off of the enemy.

Aw that's super lame. Rito plz, I don't play Singed a lot, but I can't give his new kit a whirl until he's fixed.

I think it's always been this way, and is for all toggled mana using abilities.

This is really interesting. Here's what I've found so far. (Using the wiki for the toggles Not including form swaps like Elise, Jayce, Aatrox, and Jinx)

Mana: Amumu Despair updates immediately, Karthus Defile updates immediately, Swain Ravenous Flock updates immediately Anivia's Glacial Storm does not, Ashe's Frost Shot does not. Maokai's Vengeful Maelstrom does not.

Non-mana: Both Cho'gath's Vorpal Spikes & Dr.Mundo's Burning Agony update immdiately.
