[Gameplay] Singed's Poison Trail damage doesn't update after leveling up
Singed's poison trail damage doesn't update after leveling up until you both retoggle the ability, and allow the poison debuff to fall off of the enemy.

Have you tried turning off then back on again?
Aw that's super lame. Rito plz, I don't play Singed a lot, but I can't give his new kit a whirl until he's fixed.
I think it's always been this way, and is for all toggled mana using abilities.
