My masteries are not applied, no masteries in game!!

Hi Everyone,

This is my first message on this forum because something critical happened to me. When I start a game, I select my champ and then my masteries but they are never applied!!! I have no masteries in game at all.

Is anyone got the same problem ? How can I solve that ?

I tried to : Delete all my masteries and I re-did it again (and saved it of course) but it still not working
