Connection error ever since 7.22

When I try to play ranked right before the loading screen I get this error: "unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to recconect to your game" And in norms I'm able to load the game but after some mins it just disconnects and I can't recconect no matter what This started happening since the preseason patch arrived and I've never had any connection issues before.
