My rune pages and quite a few skins I've bought in the past months have been completely reset.

Not sure why, but for some reason, my rune pages are down to 2. The first time I noticed it was in an akali game a couple days ago. I thought it was just a bug and that it would be fixed next game, but it's stayed. In the rune pages, it only shows two pages there, but I have had at least 10 in the past (not sure on exact number, maybe 11 or 12). In addition, a couple skins have been unbought from the store without any refund to me. PROJECT: Yasuo is one of them. I'm not sure how this happened, but hopefully it can be reversed. Is there any way that Riot keeps a history of these things, because this is very frustrating.

You should contact the support with this. They should be able to help you. You can find a button in the top right corner of this website.

Riot has been purging purchases that were made through ill-gotten RP/ IP. Abuse if the refer a friend system, bottling, etc. If you've used these methods, that content is just gone. If not, best of luck with your ticket.
