[GAMEPLAY] The champion Garen, Ability E is not criting.

I have posted this already but it must have been taken down..... for what reasons I have no idea. Trying to help you Riot. When using Garen and spinning with his E ability even with 100% critical chance it does not do so. I have tested this over and over again. Please fix this issue he is my main. ADC Garen is not the same when his E doesn't crit.... missing out on so much life steal from the effect of Deaths Dance

lol yeah Garen is a little crazy when played right. But this is not the point, in his ability description it says that it can crit.

His E isn't meant to crit. His q, however, does. Perhaps that's why this thread is ignored or removed?

No. Your thread was probably taken because threads can be taken down when they do not follow the forum guidelines (which you still are not, btw). And secondly, it does crit. You can even see the crits when he spins.

There is no bug.
