So when i log on i cannot click the box in the lower corner to access my Bilgewater quests. When i look at the area it shows the picture and three boxes just lighting up to show its loading. i have re-logged several times
Same thing in EUW. I see the picture but i can't click on it. I think it loads.... If someone has an idea .....

same here, im just gonna post in all boards like this so they get the views and comments until riot can see this and fix it
Edit- I only got the first icon, after that is when it started happening to me. the loading forever but not fully loading, as well as it not letting me click on it
