I've recently made a Pbe Account for League of Legends and received blue essences/rp within the hour but when I went to purchase heroes. There would be an error in the purchase because they take the blue essence but don't give you any heroes in return. Will my blue essence be returned when this bug is fixed ? What is going on ?

my bug for the store don't working... for example join costs 6300 BE and no 1 BE... who can I fix this...
