Anyone else have this problem?
When I buy something in the shop it doesn't show that I spent any IP.

Yes, that's been like that for a couple of patches. I guess it always happened but it's frequency upped drastically some patches ago this season. You just have to restart the client. It seems weird that they didn't fix it yet.
