[GAMEPLAY] Teemo shrooms disappearing first when placed in range of hextech sweeper

after buying hextech sweeper to detect teemo shrooms, teemo placed a shroom right next to me (playing as malphite). after shroom was placed, i right-clicked it but it disappeared first and my champions walked into it instead of auto attacking. happend several times
