bug / champion shard

I have an issue with champion shard . I try to upgrade my Champion shard after I succeeded I want to check it out in my collection but it wasn't there Champion Shard wasn't upgraded permanently. I tried it two times Janna and Udyr .neither Janna or Udyr was added to my permanent champions a lost my blue essense and shards. I tried to turn off League of Legends but nothing new happened . help my plz.
