Error 3L

Am I the only one who can't play in rank. I always got the 3L error code. I resart the game a bunck of time, but nothing have change. Any one know how to fix this?

Riot just put an advice. They say that they have disabled rank because they are doing a maintenance.

Riot disabled ranked servers for maintenance I think. I'm getting the same thing
